Steph Cureton

Owner | Talent Director

Steph transitioned from booking agent to owner and Talent Director of Autograph (MAM) in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from her nearly decade-long collaboration with the agency as a client prior. Armed with a degree in Film/Television and Marketing, she’s produced thousands of commercial projects, including work for AT&T, Rubbermaid, Toyota, Samsung, and more—many featuring Autograph (MAM) talent. Her unique insight into both the production process and client expectations allows her to champion talent in a way few can. Beyond her professional life, Steph embraces the chaos of her lively household full of boys (husband, sons, and a very energetic dog). A true wine enthusiast, you might find her pouring at Kinhaven Winery on weekends. And while she probably shouldn’t admit it to her beyond talented roster, she’s got a weakness for true crime documentaries and reality TV.

Kim Martinez

Booking Agent

Kim is a working actress and Meisner student from the PNW and now based in LA. She has worked on both indie and feature films across all stages of the production process. She fostered her interest in talent development as a talent manager for a professional eSports team. She later honed her management and organizational skills during her 6 year tenure as a lead project manager working with Fortune500 clients in global events. Outside of her professional life, Kimberly enjoys fitness (she just joined the local archery range!), diving into the latest BookTok hit, and unwinding at home with her children (two cats).

Michael Bethely

For over 20 years, Michael has been rocking both sides of the camera. As the co-owner of B & B Pro Video and a former entertainment company owner, he's collaborated with an impressive mix of talent, corporate agencies, and production teams. But Michael isn’t just about the business—he’s all about making a difference. Whether he's creating platforms for others to shine, uplifting his community, or inspiring people to be their absolute best, he pours his heart into everything he does. At home, Michael is all about family life, growing and adventuring alongside his wife and their four kids. When he's not busy with work or family, you'll find him writing poetry, coaching basketball, shooting hoops, or spreading joy wherever he goes. For Michael, it’s all about the journey and making every moment count.
